Tim brings more than 40 years of leadership and innovation in the telecommunications industry. In 2007, he founded TCT Technologies, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a vision to deliver smarter, more reliable communication solutions to organizations nationwide. Under Tim’s guidance, TCT Technologies has grown into a full service, national telecommunications provider, offering end to end communications systems for small businesses, mid market companies, and large enterprise clients.

Tim is proud to lead a team of seasoned professionals whose combined 100+ years of industry experience reflect the company’s commitment to expertise, integrity, and exceptional service.

Recognizing the increasing need for advanced safety technologies across public and private sectors, Tim expanded the organization’s mission. In 2023, he launched TCT Safety and Security Solutions to help schools, healthcare systems, religious institutions, corporations, and government agencies strengthen their safety posture and modernize their security strategies. Today, Tim continues to champion innovative solutions that protect people, support organizations, and create safer environments for all.
