Prior to entering the private sector, Tom dedicated 30 years to law enforcement and built a distinguished career as a police officer. During that time, he specialized in media and public relations, community engagement, recruitment and retention, social media strategy, and organizational branding. Recognized for building public trust and strengthening transparency, Tom developed communication and engagement strategies that enhanced organizational reputation and fostered stronger community relationships.
